How to measure blood oxygen saturation levels with Samsung phone using Samsung Health?

Oxygen saturation is usually shortened to SpO2, which is a measure of the oxygen concentration in the blood. On many Samsung phones, a series of sensors on the back of the phone can be used to measure Spo2 in a method called pulse oximetry, which can emit and absorb light waves through the blood vessels of the finger.
