How to disable Health app on iPhone?

If you want to disable the “Health” app on your iPhone and prevent it from collecting activity data, then here is a step-by-step guide on how to do this easily.

How to disable the Health app on the iPhone:

Step 1: Open the “Settings” application on your iPhone.

Step 2: In the “Settings” application, click the “Privacy” option

Step 3: Now, scroll down and select the “Sports and Fitness” option.

Step 4: You must now turn off the “Health” switch.

Disabling this option will prevent the “Health” application from receiving future activity data from the sensors on the iPhone.

You can also choose to disable “Fitness Tracking” on the same screen, but please note that doing so will disable the use of activity data by all other applications. So if you just want to block access to Apple’s Health app, then if you want to block all apps from using that data, you just need to disable “Health” and select Fitness Tracking.
