When you join the Beta program and install the iOS Beta version on your Apple device, the Feedback Assistant app will also be marked. It provides users with an easy way to communicate problems and send diagnostic files to Apple.
However, after upgrading from the Beta version to the stable version, the app will still remain on your device. The Feedback Assistant helps to provide detailed information about the problem you are experiencing, but it has no value if you are no longer participating in the Beta program and/or using a stable iOS version.
If you want to remove the app from your device when you upgrade to the stable version, please follow the step-by-step guide below.
Delete the Feedback Assistant app from the iOS device:
Step 1: Open the “Settings” app on your device and from the list of setting options, select the “General” option.
Step 2: Now, in the “General” section, select the “Profiles” option.
Step 3: At the bottom of the screen, click the “Delete Profile” button.
Step 4: You may not be prompted to enter the password. Follow the process and click the “Remove” button.
Now you can restart the device. Deleting personal data from the iOS device will also delete the “Feedback Assistant” application from the device.
