How to fix sending error in Samsung Messaging app

Many Samsung smartphone users use the Samsung Messaging application to send and receive messages. At the same time, WhatsApp and Telegram are suitable for specific contacts and friends. Unfortunately, some Samsung users encountered an error that prevented them from sending the message to anyone. Whenever they type a message and send a song, the phone will make an error when sending the message.

When WhatsApp and Telegram push the conversation to scroll, text or SMS is also needed. For example, let the service provider verify its number or request some necessary services. Either way, you want to resolve the error, and we can help here.

At this point, it is safe to assume that you have mistakenly checked whether your phone is in airplane mode. Text messaging requires a carrier signal to function properly.

let’s start.

1. NETWORK ISSUE

Network problems can cause various problems. You can use apps like “turn on signal” to find nearby towers and get closer to get a better signal. In the same area, do people with the same carrier (maybe friends) get a high coverage rate? Can they send and receive messages? This will help you understand the problem from one end (your location or phone) or the mobile operator.

2. CHECK CARRIER UPTIME

Samsung may not send errors to messages through carrier maintenance, such as downtime and follow-up issues or certain errors. You can check the downtime of many services in the downtime detector.

Samsung message repair error is not sent 1. If this is the case with your mobile service provider’s downtime, there is nothing you can do.

3. REINSERT SIM

I know this is old-school, but it might help. Remove the SIM card from the tray, wait a while, and then reorder to check if it can resolve the message error on the Samsung phone.

4. DEFAULT MESSAGING APP

Which is your default messaging application and how many have you installed? Some applications (such as Truecaller) provide messaging functionality and will pop up pop-up windows that constantly harass you. Sometimes, users do not know that the messaging function is part of the package. Open the Samsung Messaging application. Did you receive a notification that your default messaging application is another?

To confirm, you can switch Samsung messages correctly by clicking OK on the same screen. You can also change the default messaging application options from the “Settings”> “Applications”> “Messages”> “Messaging” application, where you can select the message, which is Samsung’s message. I switched to SMS Organizer because it is better than anything I have tried so far.

5. DEREGISTER iMessage

Have you recently switched from iPhone to an Android phone? The Apple ecosystem uses iMessage, but they are not available on your Samsung phone or any other Android. It may detect that you must disable iMessage on the SIM card before you can use Samsung to send messages.

Samsung message repair error 4 not sent. Insert the SIM card into the iPhone, then open “Settings”> “Messages” >, then turn off iMessage on the iPhone.

6. CLEAR MESSAGE APP CACHE

Messages is an application like other applications, it can store all types of data on the phone to make it run normally. Over time, these data may become corrupted, leading to errors, such as the error you encountered when the Samsung Messages app did not send a text message.

Step 1: Open Settings and go to Apps and search for Messages and then open it.

Step 2: Tap on Storage and then at the bottom, you will find two options to Clear data and Clear cache.

That won’t delete your messages or any other personal data. You can safely do it for this app and others too.

7. RESET NETWORK SETTINGS

Resetting the network settings will only destroy the saved Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, VPN and mobile network details. No other personal data will be touched. The mobile network details will be automatically established through the messaging app. You will have to manually reconnect the Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth device. Make sure to write down the Wi-Fi password somewhere.

Step 1: Open Settings and go to General management > Reset > Reset network settings. Tap on the blue button that says Reset settings and confirm if asked.

That’s it. Relaunch the Samsung Messages app, and it set itself up provided you have a decent network connection and signal.

8. USE THIRD-PARTY APP

We like to use Microsoft’s SMS organizer on GT. Nifty Little App has many tips and tricks. Some cool features include copying OTP from the notification center, setting reminders, creating folders to save messages separately, receiving automatic reminders about bill payments, and more. It has an interface similar to Gmail, which can filter messages into labels based on their content.

RESUME TEXTING

Samsung messaging apps have come a long way, and they provide many of the same features that other well-known messaging apps have. It is great to see that they are developing and continue to develop on this basis. Nevertheless, it is always a good thing to choose an option in an emergency or when the application is not working properly.

If the problem persists, please contact your service provider or visit the nearest branch. I don’t recommend formatting, but it’s not actually necessary. You are free to try. Before proceeding, please back up everything.
