Samsung’s new Xuanlong Knight G9 display was exposed in the Taobao shop, equipped with a MiniLED curved screen with a resolution of 5120×1440 and HDR 2000. Recently, a similarly configured monitor from Acer also appeared in Taobao stores.
Moreover, the display model is EI491CRG9, equipped with a 49-inch curved panel with a resolution of 5120×1440, an aspect ratio of 32:9, a curvature of 1000R, 2048 local dimming zones, and a peak brightness of 2000nits. Besides, VESA DisplayHDR 2000 certification, and 240Hz refresh rate.
In terms of the screen parameters, the Acer EI491CRG9 display and Samsung’s Xuanlong Knight G9 may use the same panel, which is different in appearance. The Acer EI491CRG9 display adopts a full-body black design with a red ambient light on the back; while the Samsung Dragon Knight G9 has a brighter shell and a blue ambient light on the back.
Furthermore, the Taobao store price of the Acer EI491CRG9 display is 14,999 yuan, while the Samsung Xuanlong Knight G9 is 29,999 yuan, but it is expected that these two prices are only occupying a place, not the actual price.
