Sony has launched new TV products equipped with XR cognitive chips during CES 2021, with a total of five series. According to official sources, Sony BRAVIA XR X90J/X91J series LCD TVs and A90J series OLED TVs have started pre-sales and are expected to be shipped by the end of this month.
Sony OLED TV A90J series offers 55 inches and 65 inches two, priced at 15,999 yuan (2,458.17 USD), 22,999 yuan (3,533.69 USD). The TV is equipped with the XR cognitive chip, which can intelligently analyze the picture elements and make real-time adjustments.
This series of TVs utilizes a 120Hz 4K OLED screen, and the contrast enhancement Pro technology can expand the dynamic range of the TV and optimize the picture performance. Sony XR Terri Charm Display Technology Pro provides a wide color gamut range that can be combined with XR chips to present more realistic colors.
Sony XR 4K line-up technology can intelligently improve picture clarity and upgrade to a 4K resolution. In addition, XR Octavia dynamic technology is designed for sports pictures, which can optimize the dynamic definition and provide clearer and brighter pictures when watching sports events and movies.
A90J series TVs have screen sound technology and 3D surround sound field conversion technology, which creates sound fields from both sides and vertical directions, and automatically converts stereo to multi-channel output.
The TV also has AI intelligent original factory voice function that can be used for video-on-demand, TV control, weather query, alarm setting, and other functions by calling ‘small and micro’. This TV supports the smart home ecology of Tencent Xiaowei and Xiaojingyu and is compatible with Oppo, Tuya Smart, and other products.
