Apple plans to launch iPad and MacBook models with OLED displays in 2022

Apple intends to release iPad and MacBook models with OLED displays in 2022. The first of the two devices to use OLED displays may be a 10.9-inch iPad.

The first iPad with an OLED display may be an upgraded version of the iPad Air that will be put into production in the fourth quarter of this year and will be available in early 2022.

In addition, the source pointed out that Apple is also considering the use of OLED displays on the 12.9-inch iPad Pro and 16-inch to 17-inch MacBook Pro, but has not yet made a final decision.

The report also stated that Apple will release devices using OLED displays and mini-LED displays for different customer groups.

Apple is supposed to release a 12.9-inch iPad Pro with a mini-LED display in the first half of this year, and a mini-LED display in the second half of the year. 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro.
