Intel H45 finally launched, will provide 8 cores and more

Intel has only released the quad-core Tiger Lake-H35 series of 10nm standard processors so far, but the full-blooded version of the 10nm H45 series has not been seen for a long time.

Although the Intel Tiger Lake-H35 processor’s single-threaded performance is not bad, its multi-threaded performance is forced by the 4-core limit to be a bit horrible.

Compared with AMD’s new-generation Zen3 octa-core mobile processor, the H35 is simply powerless. Of course, according to Intel, the H35 series itself is not positioned as a high-end gaming laptop, but only limited to the thin and light portable gaming laptop segment to compete for a share.

Lenovo’s new generation of Legion (Savior) gamebook appeared on an e-commerce platform in the United States and will be equipped with Tiger Lake-H processors and Nvidia RTX 30 series.

The 2021 Lenovo Legion 5 and Legion 7 laptops have 15.6-inch, 16-inch, and 17.3-inch displays, and are equipped with a new generation of Tiger Lake-H45 processor core RTX 30 series graphics cards, supplemented by 2K high refresh screens.

There are three models leaked this time, namely the mainstream Core i5-11400H, Core i7-11800H, and the highest-end Core i9-11980HK 11400H that has integrated Gen12 Xe core display, 11800H It is paired with GeForce RTX 3060, while 11980HK is RTX 3080 (mobile version).

Unlike H35, H45 will give 8 cores, as many as Comet Lake-H. This is the real successor to Comet Lake-H that enthusiasts have been waiting for.
