Spotify’s new rules for employees can choose their preferred workplace

Spotify has declared that it will allow employees to choose their preferred workplace. Employees can select to work in the office or work remotely most of the time at home or in any country in the world.

According to reports, Spotify calls this program ‘Work From Anywhere’, calling it a new way of collaboration that allows Spotify employees to work wherever they are best at thinking and creating.

Spotify announced it will implement new regulations this summer, and the frequency of employees returning to the office will be determined by employees and their managers and teams.

Spotify is an online music streaming service platform founded in Sweden by Daniel Ek and Martin Lorentzon in April 2006. It is currently one of the world’s largest streaming music service providers, with a user base of 2.48 as of October 2019 Billion.

Spotify is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and the company is registered in Luxembourg. As of November 2016, Spotify has established offices in 20 countries around the world.
