Samsung pulls Galaxy S20 FE One UI 3.1 firmware update

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE was launched in September 2020, pre-installed with One UI 2.5 based on Android 10. Looking ahead, the device has also received major Android 11 upgrades, including One UI 3.0 features. In addition, S20 FE has recently started to get the latest update of One UI 3.1 via OTA.

According to information, Samsung has suspended the latest One UI 3.1 update for Galaxy S20 FE phones because it is no longer available via OTA or Smart Switch. In addition, it is not clear why the company stopped rolling out this update.

It is expected that the latest software update will encounter some serious problems, which is why the company suspended this firmware. This means that until the company re-launched, the remaining Galaxy S20 FE users will not get this software update.

Apart from the suspension of the update, if you also own a Galaxy S20 FE smartphone and update it to the One UI 3.1 version, and encounter any problems or errors in performance, please feel free to share your concerns with us in the comments below.

Samsung One UI 3.1 adds several new features, including -1 Google Discover on the screen, private sharing, object eraser, video call effects, the position of deleting images before sharing, object eraser, Director’s view, and more.
