Black Shark 4 Pro spotted on a Google Play Console with codename ‘Penrose’

At the end of last month, a new Black Shark smartphone appeared on the Google Play console, codenamed “kaiser”. It has been found that the model number of the device is KSR-A0.

According to the latest information, another Black Shark smartphone code-named “Penrose” appeared on the Google Play console with the model number “PSR-A0”. However the Kaiser device is considered Black Shark 4, it is speculated that Penrose phones may enter the market in the form of Black Shark 4 Pro.

The PSR-A0 phone on the Google Play console list is strange enough to be used with the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform that powered the Black Shark smartphone last year.

Previously, Black Shark 4 was equipped with the Snapdragon 835 chipset. These two phones did not mention the processor name correctly on the Google Play console because they are expected to be available in the latest Snapdragon 888.

The so-called Black Shark 4 Pro has 12 GB of RAM and can be booted on Android 10 OS. Based on the phone images found in the list, the upcoming smartphone may use a hollow display with a self-digging hole in the top center.

The screen size is unclear, but the list shows that the screen can provide 1080 x 2400 pixels full HD + resolution and a 20: 9 ratio. It seems to be equipped with a volume adjuster on the left and a shoulder button for gaming on the right.

Last month, Black Shark achieved a benchmark score of 788,505 points in the AnTuTu benchmark test. We can expect that the upcoming Black Shark series will support 120W fast charging technology.
