Samsung Galaxy S9, S9+, and Note FE receiving February 2021 security update

In January 2021, Samsung has begun to release February 2021 security updates for the Galaxy S20 series phones in Europe. Later, Galaxy S21, Note 20, S20 FE, and A51 also joined the latest security patches.

Now, the South Korean tech giant has sent new software updates to old flagship devices including Galaxy S9, S9+, and Note FE.

According to the latest security bulletin, this update fixes 32 high-level CVEs and 4 critical-level CVEs. Moreover, the company will send this new software update to Galaxy S9 and Note FE phones in different batches, so it may take some time to be widely used.

In addition to security patches, this software also provides new performance improvements and system function enhancements to improve user experience.
