AMD’s mysterious new card first leaked, equipped with a Ryzen 5 3600X

The new AMD GPU codename ‘Nashira Summit’ appeared in the ‘Singularity Ashes’ database, but there is no proof to determine its identity.

Previously, ‘Nashira Point’ appeared in the certification database of the USB-IF organization, which is also the code name of AMD GPU. Both have the word Nashira, but it is not clear about the relationship between the two. It may be cores of a similar scale or unified Different versions of the core.

The Nashira Summit test is furnished with a Ryzen 5 3600X, which seems like a desktop GPU, but in the testing phase, everything is possible, and the mobile version of the GPU is often verified on the desktop platform.

Interestingly, the test of Ashes of the Singularity shows that there are two Nashira Summits at the same time. Is it a dual-core design? Or is it dual-card parallel?

Considering that AMD no longer supports dual-card crossfire, the possibility of two graphics cards is low. Along with this, according to reliable news, AMD RDNA3 architecture will use MCM multi-core packaging for the first time.

Two cores are packaged in a single chip at the same time, which is equivalent to an Internal firefight. Earlier, AMD and NVIDIA have produced many such flagship cards, but this time it is no longer a simple re-enactment, but will use a new architecture design and coordination mechanism to make the two GPUs more unified and efficient.

Higher, more like the chipset design of the Ryzen processor. Nashira Summit may be a new product of the RDNA3 architecture.

Of course, it is not ruled out that the Navi 22 and Navi 23 cores of the RDNA2 architecture correspond to the RX 6700 series and RX 6600 series respectively. It may be a desktop version or a mobile version.
