Today, Microsoft officially launches the 18363.1350 (KB4598298) cumulative update to Win10 1909 version users, which includes some important security bug fixes.
Microsoft Win10 Build 18363.1350/17763.1728 official version launched. The main ones are: fixes the problem that the lock screen is blank after waking up the device from sleep, fixes the problem that files on the desktop cannot be opened, and displays the error ‘directory name is invalid’.

The 17763.1728 cumulative updates may cause errors on some devices with Asian language packs.
