Samsung 870 EVO SSD specification leaked, uses TLC particles, SATA 3 interface

Samsung is about to release the new 870 EVO SSD, which uses TLC particles, SATA 3 interface, and a maximum capacity of 4TB.

Samsung 870 EVO uses V-NAND 3-bit MLC, available in 250GB, 500GB, 1TB, 2TB and 4TB versions.

Among them, the 1TB version is furnished with 512GB LPDDR4 cache, the 1TB version is furnished with 1GB LPDDR4 cache, the 2TB version is furnished with 2GB LPDDR4 cache, and the 4TB version is furnished with 4GB LPDDR4 cache.

In terms of speed, the Samsung 870 EVO has a continuous read speed of 560MB/s, a continuous write speed of 530MB/s, and random read speeds of 98k and 88k IOPS respectively. Currently, Samsung has not announced when it will release the 870 EVO SSD.
