Automobile Quality Network 2020 car complaint list: Camry’s second Atez tops the list

With the arrival of the new January, it means that the list of various models is coming. Although the sales model list has not yet been announced, the model complaint list has been announced first.

A few days ago, according to the 2020 auto complaint list published by the car quality network, the top ten are mainly from joint ventures, and mainly concentrated in Japanese and German. It is worth mentioning that the top two are taken by the Japanese.

Specifically, FAW Mazda Artez, which has the highest complaints in 2020, has 1,488 complaints.

The main complaint is also the abnormal noise that the old students talked about, including abnormal noise of the body, abnormal noise of the center console, and abnormal noise of the sunroof, which seriously affects the driving experience.

Although FAW Mazda officials once stated that they will be responsible for the abnormal noise to the end, it has never explained the real reason for the abnormal noise and the solution.

Ranked second is GAC Toyota Camry, with a total of 1241 complaints. In the early days of the Camry, the number of complaints surged due to the increase in engine oil/oil emulsification problems in the engine. So far, Toyota has not given a clear solution.

In addition, Camry’s complaints include cracking of the instrument panel, oil leakage of the axle shaft, and oil leakage of the ball cage.

Volkswagen’s Sagitar, Lavida, Magotan, and Passat ranked 4th, 5th, 6th, and 9th respectively.

It is worth mentioning that in the car models that involve complaints against Volkswagen, the dual-disconnection is the main complaint point. The star model Passat is suspected of design flaws.

It is worth mentioning that the Audi A4L is the only luxury model on the list, with a total of 631 complaints.

The main problems are abnormal transmission noise, engine leakage, and transmission frustration.

It should be noted that the higher the sales volume, the higher the car ownership rate. In other words, being on the list does not mean poor quality, but it reflects the objective problems of vehicles, and manufacturers should pay attention to them.
