U.S. companies filed 337 application for investigation on specific electrical connectors and shells, their components, and downstream products

As per the report, the Ministry of Commerce, on December 18, 2020, Tela Innovations of the United States filed an application with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) in accordance with Section 337 of the U.S.

Tariff Act of 1930, accusing it of export to the U.S., import in the U.S. or Certain Integrated Circuits and Products Containing the Same (Certain Integrated Circuits and Products Containing the Same) sold in the United States infringed its patent rights.

And requested Section 337 investigations and issued a limited exclusion order and a prohibition order. Lenovo group is involved in the case.
